Set to open in September 2015 TreeHouse, an apartment development with retail on the ground floor is seeking LEED certification. Drawing inspiration from its natural surroundings the building connects to the existing trails and pedestrian networks of Marquam Hill.
Urban Works is the exclusive leasing brokerage for the ground floor retail space. The space provides a needed addition to the area's limited retail and dining amenities for future residents and daytime population of OHSU, Veterans Affairs, and Shriner’s Hospital campuses.

Seeing the name of this apartment complex, reminds me of a program on TV each week about people who build actual treehouses. This has gotten to be a fad of sorts with tree houses now being built which cost as much as some houses.
