New Seasons Market @ Grant Park Village!

LEASED!  New Seasons Market has signed and executed a 34,500 square foot lease with Capstone Partners.

New Seasons Market will anchor the retail portion of the mixed-use development that will include structured parking, apartments and retail shop space fronting Northeast Broadway at 32nd Avenue.  The grocery store is planning on a fall 2014 opening.

Urban Works Real Estate is proud to have represented both parties in the lease transaction.  Urban Works is also representing Capstone Partners in marketing and leasing the planned retail shop spaces next door to New Season Market.
