It’s official: Lil Cooperstown has leased the former Stanfords restaurant space at Riverplace!
Owners Mark Handris and Ken Arrigotti plan to open their fifth location in early September. Lil Cooperstown is a locally owned family friendly restaurant and pub, filled with sports memorabilia and, of course, when a good game is on...sports fans!
Lil Cooperstown offers a large menu of all-American fare, from their requisite chicken wings and Hall of Fame nachos to start, to entrées that include Ranger Ray’s Alaskan Halibut Fish and Chips, pastas and steaks. The beer selection is extensive and the sporty environment includes televisions throughout for the ultimate viewing experience!
Urban Works Real Estate is proud to have represented both the ownership and Lil Cooperstown in the lease negotiations. Welcome to Riverplace!
Lookiing forward to supporting you in our neighborhood

Any idea when the repairs will be done and that loud, annoying machine that is running constantly all day long will stop?
