Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. has had quite the Spring with an influx of new commercial Tenants moving in and opening for business. The Planned Parenthood building is now 100% leased featuring a non-profit group, salon, tattoo shop, chiropractic clinic and law office (all now open). Just down the street Italian eatery Carpaccio Trattoria is serving up authentic cuisine at affordable prices, in its first week the restaurant is enjoying a steady stream of happy customers. Adding to the food-centric synergy is Ox, now open at MLK & Thompson and serving up Argentinian fare. Finally Pil-oga-robic, the wildly successful pilates/yoga/aerobic fusion, is now open at their beautiful new and larger home at MLK & Schuyler. These are just a sampling, new tenants continue to pop-up all along the street, adding services and amenities to a growing neighborhood population.
