It is official as announced on Eater! Little Big Burger will open their sixth restaurant at NW 23rd Avenue @ Lovejoy. Little Big Burger is taking over the space that is currently occupied by Yuki's. The planned opening is scheduled for August. It looks like NW 23rd is shaping back to it's former self with several new local retailers opening stores along the avenue this year. Local retailers seem to be the answer...again. Now if only the neighborhood could figure out their parking problem...
Urban Works is pleased to have handled the lease transaction and exclusively represents Little Big Burger.
When the Little Big Resto opened their first branch years ago, I was a witness how the customers were attracted to the place. Now that they are growing, I am not shocked anymore why they have come this far.
