Mutli-family construction is on the move on SE Division Street. With four projects in the works and one set for completion this summer, SE Division between 30th and 39th is poised to become a true mixed use, transit oriented and pedestrian friendly main street. New projects typically features apartments for rent over ground floor commercial space. This smaller infill project, which will be completed sometime in July, features a beautiful glass storefront system and outdoor seating area.

I have lived in an apartment that is situated at the center of a commercial area. The rent is indeed not so friendly especially for those who are in tight budget.
