Andy Diaz, owner of Blackbird Wine and Atomic Cheese has officially taken over the former Cloud 7 Café located on NW 10th fronting Jamison Square Park. Super Jet Wine Cheese Coffee and Beer will operate as a bottle shop, a cheese shop, and a wine and cheese bar. The menu includes small plates, salads, sandwiches and cheese and charcuterie plates. All items served on plates, including olives, olive oils, nuts, bread, cured meats and cheeses are available for retail purchase. The change over will be complete in early May.

For those of you that have not purchased your tickets to Portland's 25th Annual Taste Of The Nation, I suggest you do so TODAY! This great event fights childhood hunger and is the city's premier culinary benefit.
Dozens of Portland's finest chefs from the city's top restaurants will participate in this incredible culinary event. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy exceptional food paired with beverages from local wineries, breweries and mixologists. In addition to fabulous food and drinks, the event will feature a silent auction and live music. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample bite sized offerings from over 50 restaurants, along with samples from local breweries, wineries and cocktails.
This year's event will be held Tuesday, May 8th from 5:00-9:00 pm @ Jeld Wen Field.
