Chef BJ Smith, the Original's former executive chef, is officially taking over the NW 21st space that, until recently, was home to Tanuki. Smith’s Smokehouse 21 will focus in on delicious smokehouse fare including ribs, chicken, and sausage as well as plates of pickled goodness. Smokehouse 21 is geared to be primarily a take-out and delivery (including bike deliveries). Smokehouse 21 will be open in November 2011!
