The South Waterfront will officially be home to two new retailers!
Just signed: Stylefront clothing boutique and Transitions Professional Center are scheduled to open their doors to the public late Spring 2011!
Demand is growing and with an estimated 2,275 residence in the South Waterfront’s seven mixed use buildings plus 1,100 employees at OHSU’s Center for Health and Healing, retailers are taking note. In this last year, Urban Works Real Estate has leased over 12,000 SF of retail in the district. Much more to come this year!
Gitteeee Up!!! I can't wait to see what spring and summer brings to the neighborhood. Keep trying Urban Works, don't quit like the rest of the developers that promised so much.
